The primary milk protein (casein) promotes cancer initiated by a carcinogen in experimental animal studies.
Milk intake has been implicated in constipation and ear infections.
2. Diarrhea: Occurs when the intestines cramp and the solids are pushed out of the rectum quickly. The lactose an ingredient in cow’s milk causes much of this side effect, this side effect will stop when one stop drinking it. One may still experience diarrhea for a couple of days as the side effect lessens, ask doctor for an alternative to the milk product.
3. Gas: Comes from the irritation of the lactose occurring from the cow’s milk in the digestive system, the stomach may get larger and your pants may feel tighter. Your belly may also seem rounder, this bloating should stop when you stop drinking milk.
